H.Berna Poyraz

H. Berna Poyraz, born in Istanbul in 1968, completed her middle and high school education in Liceo Italiano in 1987, and graduated from the Marmara University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics, in the year 1991. Between the years 1991 and 2001, she has hold office as accounting and finance manager, as well as member of the Board of Directors, of a private company. Opening her own office in 2002, she has started to render consultancy services.

Since 2006, she has been working with the European Union Fund Committee of the Chamber of Certified Public Accountants of Istanbul. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Financial Advisors and Accountants, Şişli Branch, between 2007-2009 and 2014-2016. She has the Independent Auditors Certificate (BD/2016/13974 registration number) authorized from the Public Surveillance Authority. She completed the certificate program of “Accounting Expertise in Foreign Financed Companies” of İSMMMO Akademi (Academy of the Chamber of Independent Accountants and Financial Advisors) in 2010. She is currently the secretary of the International Relations Committee of the İstanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants .

Currently, She continues her activities at the Italian Chamber of Commerce, the Italian Institute for Foreign Trade and the Association of Chartered Accountants and the Ex Alumni Association of the University of Marmara.
